1. Stop multitasking
We think multitasking is the only way to successfully complete daily tasks. But in reality, it just makes us feel overwhelmed and stressed. Take things one at a time. Focus your attention and energy on one task and do your best to complete it.
2. Put your phone aside
The constant flashing of mobile phone screens makes us feel rushed because there is always something to check, distracting us. Learn to put your phone aside so it stops controlling your life.
3. Focus on the people around you
We need to slow down and take time to be with our loved ones. Deep connections between loved ones help us become calm and at peace with life.
4. Accept your weaknesses
Don't rush and take a short nap. Accept that we can't do everything, leaving some much-needed rest. We are not machines, we are humans, always remember that.
5. Make time for fun
You could sign up for a baking class, go traveling, train for a race, or even play a video game, it could be anything that just gives you a sense of calm.
