How to make ghee-soaked garlic
Ghee soaking garlic is the process of soaking fresh garlic or roasted garlic in ghee until the garlic extract is completely absorbed. Then, the garlic is filtered out, leaving behind delicious and nutritious fats. This preserves the integrity of both ingredients in the dish, helping to enhance their absorption. Here's how to make this dish:
Ingredients: 150ml ghee ( homemade or purchased at home)
6 - 8 cloves of garlic (peeled and chopped or crushed)
Melt ghee in a pan over low heat.
Add chopped or crushed garlic cloves to ghee.
Cook over low heat until the garlic turns golden brown and fragrant (about 3 - 5 minutes). Be careful not to let the garlic burn.
You can keep the garlic for a richer flavor or filter out the garlic from ghee if you like a smoother texture.
Let it cool down, then put in a sealed jar. Store at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Although ghee garlic is very healthy, if you eat too much, it can lead to excess calories.
To keep the dishes in good condition, store them in a sealed container in a cool, dry place to avoid spoilage.
Use ghee from herbicide beef and organic garlic for the best health benefits.
Avoid leaving the temperature too high because the temperature too high can break down beneficial compounds in ghee soaked garlic.
