The two main characters of the program are Ms. Phuoc Giau and Mr. Thanh Trung.
Ms. Giau is currently a trader, while Mr. Trung is a driver. While hanging out with friends, they met and found out that Ms. Giau is 8 years older than Mr. Trung. After talking and getting to know each other, they decided to get married.
When they first met, the couple faced opposition from both families, especially Ms. Giau's family.
Sister Giau's mother and brother do not like to openly confront Trung because of the age issue.
When she could not persuade him, Ms. Giau decided to leave home to follow Mr. Trung. After a year, Ms. Giau's mother came to her boarding house and accepted their relationship, allowing them to get married.

Coming together was quite difficult but the couple continued to face a new incident. Just a few months after the wedding, Ms. Giau's ex-lover blackmailed her with pictures of the past. "He called and told me to transfer 50 million VND to him, otherwise he would send those pictures to my husband," Ms. Giau choked up.
Being blackmailed with images from the past not only caused mental trauma, but also put her in a difficult situation, having to consider between protecting family happiness and financial pressure.
Seeing his wife depressed and confused, Mr. Trung asked many times, and finally Ms. Giau told him the truth. After knowing everything, Mr. Trung did not blame or scold her but comforted his wife.
