Korean media reported that actress Jo Bo Ah held a wedding ceremony with her non-celebrity fiance today, October 12.
The wedding took place privately at the outdoor area of Aston House, Grand Walkerhill Seoul Hotel, with the presence of family, acquaintances of the bride and groom and close friends.
Some celebrities in attendance included Baek Jong Won and Kim Sung Joo - Jo Bo Ah's former colleagues on the SBS variety show “Baek Jong Won's Alley Restaurant”.
Notably, the Aston House area of the Grand Walkerhill Hotel has been chosen as the wedding venue for famous couples such as Hyun Bin - Son Ye Jin, Ji Sung - Lee Bo Young, Bae Yong Joon - Park Soo Jin.
The wedding of the two main characters of the TV series "Queen of Tears" played by Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won was also filmed at Aston House, which overlooks the Han River, is located at the foot of Acha Mountain and is strictly secured.
According to JoongAng Daily, the cost of renting the Aston House wedding hall is about 150 million won (more than 2.7 billion VND), including rental fees and buffet for 150 guests.
Previously, Jo Bo Ah expressed her desire to get married in her early 30s. She wanted to start a family and live a peaceful life, and now the actress's dream has come true.
However, the news of Jo Bo Ah's marriage announced by the Korean media at the end of August still shocked many viewers, because Jo Bo Ah having a fiance was almost unheard of.
Jo Bo Ah debuted as an actress in 2012, with the tvN drama “Flower Band.”
