A pho restaurant in Tuyen Quang has received great attention from the online community thanks to the beautiful appearance of the restaurant owner. After graduating from high school and working part-time, Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung (22 years old, Tuyen Quang) started selling pho for 3 years now with savings and some additional loans.
Once sitting in a sales position, Nhung filmed a short video to save as a souvenir but mistakenly pressed the button to post on the TikTok platform. However, she did not expect this video to attract so many viewers.
Even videos with content revolving around selling pho, the main character only wears a simple T-shirt and tightly has long hair and still receives hundreds of thousands of views. Many people commented asking for the restaurant address to try.
In addition, many comments left compliments for Nhung's pure beauty and humorous and witty personality. However, the restaurant owner born in 2003 modestly affirmed that there are many more beautiful girls around her. She said that because her sales job was too busy, she did not have time to read comments from the online community.
Nhung's day starts at 5am to prepare stages such as cooking pho broth, arranging vermicelli, rice, slicing meat, onions; meanwhile, the above ingredients will be delivered from 4am.
At noon, the restaurant owner started cleaning the restaurant space, cleaning tables, bowls, chopsticks... The afternoon continues to be the time to clean, rest and prepare for the evening shift. The restaurant can open until 10pm or later.
Hong Nhung shared: My restaurant sells many dishes such as beef pho, chicken, heart, bun cha, fried rice and congee. However, customers often come to eat bun cha. My restaurant is at the hospital gate, customers mainly come to buy congee for patients; only a few women who go to the doctor for bone and joint treatment eat vermicelli. Each meal at the restaurant costs from 25,000-30,000 VND/bowl, I even sell 10,000 VND to patients who cannot eat much".
On normal days, Nhung's restaurant sells about 1kg of both vermicelli and cheese, about 2-4kg of pork, sometimes not out of 1kg of beef, a chicken because these ingredients are quite picky compared to the restaurant's customers. Because, customers are mainly those who go to the hospital for examination, treatment or family members buy for patients to be hospitalized.
After unexpectedly receiving the attention of the online community on the TikTok platform, Ms. Nhung's restaurant welcomed new customers even though she did not post the restaurant address.
"Every day, I estimate that the restaurant has about 20-30 more customers, but the restaurant still mainly serves family members and patients in the hospital. The restaurant only bought a few extra canones of pork to grill, and ground meat to cook congee, said the young restaurant owner.
In fact, the family's restaurant on Minh Thanh Street (Tuyen Quang City) does not have an easy-to-recognize name, but only has a common signboard of pho restaurant, rice, congee... Customers from afar find it difficult to find a specific address because the restaurant is not on Google Maps or Facebook.

Currently, in addition to the owner, the restaurant has 2 more kitchen assistants. With the family's restaurant, Hong Nhung saved some money. After 3 years of opening the restaurant, she has also paid off the loan. For her, this is a job she loves because she lives close to her family, has a stable income, and a stable number of customers.
She revealed: "I find my work not difficult at all. I feel happy every day. I found my pho dish to be just a popular pho in the countryside, not a traditional or famous pho recipe. I plan to learn more experience and do better in the future".
