Labor allowance level of militia in Ha Giang

    The level of daily allowance for labor of militia in Ha Giang province is regulated according to the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council.

    Resolution No. 34/2021/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Ha Giang province (effective from August 1, 2021) stipulates the level of labor day allowance for militia in Ha Giang province.

    Accordingly, local militia, mobile militia, standing militia, air defense militia, artillery, reconnaissance, information, engineering, chemical defense, and medical forces when there is a decision to mobilize, assign to perform tasks or perform tasks according to a plan approved by a competent authority: The daily labor allowance is 130,000 VND/person/day.

    In case the term of performing military service is extended according to the decision of the competent authority, in addition to the daily labor allowance prescribed above, an additional allowance of VND 80,000/person/day will be granted.
