Resolution 09/2024/NQ-HDND of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council (effective from September 23, 2024) stipulates support policies for commune-level cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level who are redundant due to the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units in Khanh Hoa province.
Accordingly, commune-level cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level who are redundant due to the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in Khanh Hoa province and who stop working within 12 months from the date of the decision to arrange commune-level administrative units by the National Assembly Standing Committee, in addition to enjoying policies according to current laws, will enjoy additional support as follows:
Receive 3 months of current salary/allowance to find a job;
Receive a subsidy of 1.5 months of salary/average allowance for each year of work with compulsory social insurance. In case of receiving pension, the working period with compulsory social insurance is not specified.
The following entities will not be covered by this policy:
Commune-level cadres and civil servants; non-professional workers at the commune level who retire due to reaching retirement age according to regulations at the time of administrative unit arrangement.
Commune-level officials and non-professional workers at the commune level who have retired due to the end of their term of office at the time of administrative unit arrangement.
Commune-level cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at the commune level who are redundant and have retired from a position or title but are still holding or have been transferred to another non-professional title.
