Singer Bich Tuyen said that she and her husband are waiting for the US court's decision on whether to accept or reject Dam Vinh Hung's lawsuit and continue to have new plans.
The singer shared with reporters: "We are confident in our lawsuit because we know we have done nothing wrong to worry about."
When asked how Bich Tuyen and her husband are preparing for the upcoming trial, she said: "This is not the first time my husband has been to court. Before that, my husband has participated in many lawsuits so he has experience."
Regarding the case if she wins the lawsuit against Dam Vinh Hung, the female singer said she will use the compensation money from Dam Vinh Hung for charity work.
Bich Tuyen said: "I still cannot come to any hasty conclusions. But if we receive compensation from Dam Vinh Hung, my husband and I will not keep it for ourselves.
We will find places that need help to do charity work. My husband and I think that we will probably use the money to exploit clean water wells and build bridges in remote areas in Vietnam so that people can have more convenience in their daily life and travel."
At the same time, Bich Tuyen said she felt sorry for Dam Vinh Hung. Because in Bich Tuyen's opinion: "At first, my husband and I didn't want to make things too tense.
However, because Dam Vinh Hung refused to officially apologize to my wife and I, my wife and I decided to refuse to accept the $2 and continue this lawsuit to the end. We will comply with all court decisions."
Previously, singer Bich Tuyen and her husband gave Dam Vinh Hung a period of time to publicly apologize to them. However, during this period, singer Bich Tuyen said that she and her husband have not received any official apology from the male singer himself.
The female singer also confirmed that she and her husband have never spoken to Dam Vinh Hung since the lawsuit.
