BTS postpones content release, heartbroken over Jeju Air tragedy

BTS and their management company, BIGHIT MUSIC, have expressed their condolences to the victims of the Jeju Air tragedy.

On December 30, BIGHIT MUSIC shared a statement through their official account, stating, "We would like to express our deepest condolences to the victims of the air crash and their families."

The management company also announced that, "The release of some content, including episode 16 of 'Run Jin', which was originally scheduled for this week, has been postponed."

Run Jin is a BTS content series featuring member Jin.

The decision was made after the Jeju Air tragedy that occurred on December 29.

Currently, some BTS members are enlisting in the military, so BTS cannot have group activities with many members. However, the company is still supporting the discharged members to participate in some new activities as solo singers.

BTS has maintained its appeal to this day. Initially, the members were expected to return as a group in 2025. However, for some reasons, the reunion of the members may take longer than originally planned.
