Cha Eun Woo surpasses Jin BTS to rank Top 1 in reputation

The Korean Business Research Institute has just announced the August brand reputation rankings for Kpop boy band members.

The rankings were determined through analysis of consumer engagement, media coverage, and community awareness indexes of 730 Kpop boy band members, using big data collected from July 17 to August 17, 2024.

ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo rose to the top of this month's rankings with a brand reputation index of 3,668,606 points, marking a 49.34% increase in his score since July.

Phrases that ranked high in Cha Eun Woo's keyword analysis included "Living in a Rented House in Finland" (name of the variety show), " ambassador " and "face genius". The highest-ranking related terms include "perfect", "advertisement" and "promotion".

Cha Eun Woo's positive-negative analysis also showed a 93.58% positive reaction score.

Meanwhile, Jin of BTS ranked 2nd in August with a brand reputation index of 3,199,306 points.

RIIZE's Wonbin rose to 3rd place with a brand reputation index of 2,781,141 points, an increase of 36.66% over the previous month.

Jimin of BTS ranked 4th with a brand reputation index of 2,536,752 points, an increase of 36.27% compared to July.

Finally, BTS's Jungkook made it into the Top 5 after seeing a 47.88% increase in brand reputation index, bringing the total score for August to 2,108,194 points.
