The Mr World final night had more than 500 foreign guests coming to Vietnam, including national directors and parents of more than 60 contestants from all over the world.
The organizers prepared gifts for 500 international guests. “Like the National Costume competition night, we gave scarves and coffee to the visitors. They really liked the scarves and thought that the traditional Vietnamese scarves were very fashionable. We are determined to bring the scarves to the world.
We give foreigners, including directors of countries as well as contestants' families, scarves embroidered with the national flag and the words Vietnam. The organizers hope to create a uniformed team in the front row to watch the show," said Ms. Pham Kim Dung - Head of the Organizing Committee (OC).
Unlike previous events, CEO Pham Kim Dung and director Hoang Nhat Nam created a highlight for the Mr World final night by providing 48 round tables, including snacks, Vietnamese pastry specialties such as pig skin cake, salted egg sponge cake, sponge cake and drinks.
During the organization process, the Organizing Committee always focuses on promoting culture, cuisine, and regional specialties of Vietnam.
According to the organizers, contestants changed their return tickets to stay in Vietnam for a few more days, or even a week. Meanwhile, the Mr World organization highly appreciated Vietnam's preparation and organization.
The Mr World organizers in Vietnam are meticulous in taking care of the contestants. Hairdressers are mobilized to make the contestants look neat. Medical staff are always ready to support the contestants.
Mr World Philippines brought more than 10 people to Vietnam. Contestants’ families from faraway countries such as El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Botswana… arranged their time to watch the king compete in the final night.
After coming to Vietnam, tourists feel that Vietnam is a peaceful country, with stable prices, beautiful beaches and hotels, hospitable Vietnamese people... and want to stay longer to visit.
This year, Vietnam's representative is Mr. Tuan Ngoc. Tuan Ngoc is 1.84m tall. He is one of the contestants with a handsome appearance, attracting the audience.
Tuan Ngoc will open the performance in the final night on November 23.
Tuan Ngoc graduated from the English Language Department of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Economics, National Economics University. During his student years, he won the title of king in a competition organized by the school and was honored as an outstanding student. The Vietnamese representative has talents including hosting, martial arts, playing the flute, playing the guitar, drums, zither, and dancing with knives, swords, and sticks.
Tuan Ngoc has been working as a model for more than 5 years and has appeared in commercials for several brands. At Vietnam International Fashion Week 2023, Tuan Ngoc was in high demand when he modeled collections by fashion houses such as Vu Viet Ha and Nguyen Thanh Danh.
