In episode 21 of “No Time” aired on the evening of December 30, Hung (Duy Khanh) is sad because his relationship with his girlfriend broke up right before they were planning to get married.
At that time, Hanh was also devastated because of her forbidden love. She was disappointed because her mother advised them to break up, the two could not be together.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Hoi (People's Artist Nhu Quynh) discusses with her husband, Mr. Quy, about the relationship between Hanh and Hung. They both truly love each other, but because they have the same older sister, Nho, Mrs. Hoi is in a difficult position.
"Hanh loves Hung very much. She is very miserable. They are not related by blood," Mr. Quy advised his wife.
Mrs. Hoi replied: “I know, when I told you about breaking up with Hung, my heart was broken. They have the same sister, what should I do?”
The conversation between Mrs. Hoi and Mr. Quy was accidentally overheard by Nho. Nho was shocked when she learned the information about her real father.
From then on, Nho was absent-minded and could not overcome the sadness about the love story between her mother and Mr. Cuong.
At the end of episode 21, the process of Quy admitting that he was the one who got Hoi pregnant in the past is revealed. Knowing that the pregnancy was not right, Hoi proactively reported it to her superiors, ready to accept any form of discipline.
"Reporting to the leaders, I have violated military discipline, principles, and regulations of the organization, and have an unwanted pregnancy. I would like to report and accept all forms of discipline," Hoi reported.
When the station chief asked about the baby's father, Quy suddenly appeared and took responsibility. That shocked Hoi and he tried to stop him.
Even though he knew he would be punished, Quy still admitted that he and Hoi had developed feelings that went beyond the limit during their time on the battlefield.
Quy said he didn't want Hoi to be discharged from the army, affecting Cuong and his old mother in the countryside. Even though he knew that Cuong would return one day, Quy still accepted to sacrifice himself to reduce Hoi's mistake.
Later, Mrs. Hoi gave birth to Nho, then married Mr. Quy and gave birth to Hanh. Therefore, Nho is both Hanh's and Hung's older sister.
