After the news that singer Bich Tuyen and her husband decided not to demand the $2 compensation and apology from Dam Vinh Hung as previously requested, but instead wait for this lawsuit to be resolved legally, on the morning of January 13, singer Bich Tuyen shared new information with Lao Dong reporter.
The singer said that on July 7, the US court will decide whether to accept the lawsuit or not. If the court does not accept it, it means that Dam Vinh Hung's lawsuit is no longer legally valid.
When reporters asked why the US court postponed the date, Bich Tuyen informed: "Currently, the court cannot arrange a date so it has to postpone it to July 7. For now, my husband and I cannot share anything more. Because we have to wait until July 7 to see what the court's decision is."
According to singer Bich Tuyen, in case the US court does not accept the male singer's application, she and her husband will have a "new trick". However, up to now, they have not been able to reveal it.
Regarding the information about suing some YouTubers, singer Bich Tuyen shared with reporters: "Currently, there are many YouTubers slandering and making up stories about my husband and I. We have collected all the information and will definitely handle and sue these people to protect our honor."
According to the female singer, there has been too much conflicting information recently, causing public confusion. She hopes the audience will be vigilant and distinguish between right and wrong information.
In the coming time, Bich Tuyen and her husband will continue to pursue the lawsuit by coordinating with lawyers to complete some accompanying documents and evidence.
