In the letter of encouragement that is believed to be written by Kim Sae Ron on March 24, 2024, but not yet posted, there is a section: "The photo posted on my Instagram story was from 2016 (photo of Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron on the cheek, posted on March 23, 2024), our relationship lasted from November 19, 2015 to July 7, 2021".
