On her personal page, People's Artist Pham Phuong Thao has repeatedly shared about People's Artist Quy Duong - father of Meritorious Artist Chi Trung. When visiting the tomb of the teacher who taught him, People's Artist Pham Phuong Thao once wrote a poem: "Teachers' words are still heavy. The children's side is very tall and mushy. As long as I can sing for the people. As the teacher dedicated his days in holding the singing".
People's Artist Pham Quy Duong was born in 1937 in Hai Duong, and successfully performed the songs "Tinh ca", "Dang day ta trang mat trang long", "Cung anh tien quan tren duong dai", " Dan chim Viet", "Truong Chi", "Thien thai"...
