The Korean drama Dynamite Kiss had a good start when it aired its first two episodes on SBS with ratings of 4.5% and 4%, respectively, according to Nielsen Korea.
In addition, according to FlixPatrol, immediately after its release, Dynamite Kiss rose to No. 2 on the global Netflix chart on November 13.
At the previous press conference, director Kim Jae Hyun revealed that Jang Ki Yong and Ahn Eun Jin had more than 20 kissing scenes in the film. As expected, the two actors had many passionate kissing scenes and affectionate scenes right from the first 2 episodes.
Jang Ki Yong plays Gong Ji Hyuk, an almost perfect male lead who is excellent in both appearance and work. However, the only thing missing in his life is love.
During his trip to Jeju Island, Gong Ji Hyuk meets Go Da Rim (Ahn Eun Jin), who immediately confuses him. At first meeting, she hugged him from behind, then boldly admitted Ji Hyuk as her boyfriend in front of her ex-lover to keep her private.
In response, Ji Hyuk agreed to act as her boyfriend to achieve her own goals. At first, Ji Hyuk just thought Da Rim was a strange girl. But he could not hold back his smile when he saw Da Rim always willing to help others.
During the dinner party, Da Rim suddenly kissed Ji Hyuk to get past her ex-boyfriend. Ji Hyuk was surprised, but then he pulled her back and kissed her again.

After the kiss at the end of episode 1, Ji Hyuk and Da Rim's eyes completely changed, their hearts were at a loss. Ji Hyuk suggested that the two be lovers for another day.
The next day, during the date, Ji Hyuk continued to show the perfect guy image, even saving Da Rim when she fell into the water. The fire of love between the two flared up again, and they exchanged a sweet, passionate kiss.

But the storm suddenly hit, Da Rim's younger sister went missing right before the wedding, creditors brought her to the festival, making her mother faint. After receiving news from his best friend, Da Rim left without having time to say goodbye to Ji Hyuk.
Returning to Seoul, Da Rim had to work tirelessly to deal with the troubles left by his younger sister and earn money for his mother's surgery. She had to pretend to be a "mother" to apply for a job in the mother and baby business team of a company.
Unexpectedly, this is where Ji Hyuk just started working, and he will be in charge of this team. During the interview, the two met again. This is also the closing scene of episode 2, promising interesting upcoming stories.
The chemistry between Jang Ki Yong and Ahn Eun Jin is receiving many positive reviews on forums.
Dynamite Kiss was also commented as an attractive film right from the first episode with a fast, emotional pace: from a surprise kiss, a burning love, an unforgettable separation, to an unpredictable reunion.
