Having attracted the attention of the Vietnamese music industry in 2013 with the song "Que em mua thuong" in the program The Voice Kids, Phuong My Chi was only 10 years old at that time but already possessed a sweet, emotional voice.
The nickname "Chi Bay" was also born from that, becoming a separate mark associated with the image of a girl who loves singing Southern folk songs.
At that time, Phuong My Chi was thin and a bit skinless, but when singing, it made listeners think she was a professional singer.
Phuong My Chi has won the hearts of many audiences through the songs "Con thuong rau len len len sau he", "Ao moi Ca Mau", "Sa mua gio" so that when the Voice Kids 2013 ended, the 10-year-old girl won the runner-up position. From this stepping stone, Phuong My Chi has more motivation to continue pursuing her passion for music.
Phuong My Chi's sweet voice also made MC Tran Thanh cry many times.

Recognizing Phuong My Chi's talent and desire to sing, male singer Quang Le adopted her as a adopted child to support his career in an exclusive contract with his company.
Also during this time, the child singer released his first studio album "Que em mua thuong cua" (2014), invested with about 500 million VND with 10 songs such as "Dat phuong Nam", "Que em mua thuong cua", "Chi di don em", "Hoan ngan cong luong", "Voi den nha" ...
Along with releasing songs, Phuong My Chi also participates in entertainment programs on television.
In the quite familiar child face season 2 of 2015, My Chi paired up with male singer Nam Cuong.

In 2019, Phuong My Chi left Quang Le's company to work independently.

The 2021-2022 period is a transition to become the owner of an independent company. With strong steps, at the age of 19, Phuong My Chi is confident in establishing her own company.
In the music industry, when releasing "Bolero la la phu" (2021), the female singer brought the classic bolero genre to a new way when arranging it in a lo-fi style.
Not only singing folk songs, the 2k3 singer also tried his hand at R&B, Rap, and electronic music, but still maintained his familiar identity and "countryside soul". A typical example is the collaboration with Erik, Rtee and DTAP in the song "Con tho la con go".
In 2022, 5 music videos in the "Chi?" extended disc include the songs "Autumn for you", "Du am", "Nung sau", "Hoa dai" and "hen em kiau sau" which were newly mixed.
From 2023 to present, the female singer has performed breakthroughs in music and personal products.

Phuong My Chi was born in 2003 and is currently a student majoring in Communications at Swinburne University.
