On the evening of January 1, the program "Welcome the New Year 2025" with the theme "Breakthrough" of Vietnam Television announced the results of the VTV Impressive Award categories - VTV Awards.
In particular, the Impressive Actor category witnessed competition between familiar faces such as Quang Su, Duy Hung, Thanh Huong, Luong Thu Trang and two new factors Hoang Ha and Long Vu.
At the impressive actor award, the results include 50% from the audience and 50% from the professional council.
As a result, the category of Impressive Actress went to Thanh Huong. When receiving the award, she emotionally shared: "Right now, I don't have enough time to express my feelings. I can only thank my teammates and colleagues who have accompanied me over the past year. I promise to try harder to be worthy of the love everyone has given me."
Last year, Thanh Huong appeared in 2 films. With the role of Khanh in the film "One Family", Thanh Huong successfully portrayed a selfish, greedy sister-in-law who did not consider her husband as a family member.
As for "Hoa sua ve trong gio" is the first time Thanh Huong plays a stepmother on TV. Linh, played by the actress, is a modern, resourceful woman who always tries her best to take care of her family.

Meanwhile, Duy Hung beat Quang Su and Long Vu to win the Impressive Male Actor award. "I don't know what to say other than thank you. I would like to thank the organizers, Vietnam Television, Hanoi Drama Theater, the film crew for giving me the opportunity, and especially thank the audience for supporting and loving the artists and young actors like me. I will try my best in the future," Duy Hung shared when receiving the award.
Duy Hung received the nomination for Impressive Male Actor thanks to two works "Doc Dao" and "Nguoi Mot Nha".
