He said the actor had to be hospitalized for treatment. Because of the inconvenience of traveling, Thuong Tin was taken to Ho Chi Minh City by his family for treatment.
Speaking to reporters, musician To Hieu said that Thuong Tin is suffering from severe joint pain and swollen legs, unable to walk.
Musician To Hieu added that currently Thuong Tin's life depends on his relatives. He only stays in bed and his relatives take turns taking care of him.
Previously, last September, Thuong Tin slipped and fell while getting on and off a bus and had to be hospitalized. However, at that time, doctors concluded that he only had scratches on his skin and no serious injuries.
