According to the plan of the organizing committee of the political art program "Fatherland in the heart", the final will be an 8-minute artistic fireworks display, taking place from 10:00 p.m. to 22:08 on August 10, at the F1 racetrack, Tu Liem ward, Hanoi.
With 300 high-altitude fireworks and 60 low-altitude fireworks displays, this brilliant performance promises to close the music night with sublime moments, leaving a sense of pride and emotion in the hearts of the audience.
The program is implemented with a budget of 1 billion VND from socialized sources.
