Sources close to the two actors revealed that the "Spider-Man" star proposed to Zendaya sometime between Christmas and New Year. He got down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend in a private space at one of Zendaya's family's villas in the US.
Tom Holland didn't make a big deal about the engagement, but it was a very romantic and intimate proposal. The two families weren't present, it was just a sweet moment between Tom and Zendaya.
Zendaya showed off her sparkling engagement ring at the Golden Globe Awards on the morning of January 6 (Vietnam time). It seems Tom did not hesitate to spend a lot of money on the engagement ring with a "huge" diamond.
Previously, according to Vogue, on the Golden Globes red carpet, Zendaya wore a saffron-colored gown designed by Louis Vuitton, and high-end jewelry by Bvlgari. These are the two brands the actress is currently an ambassador for.
But on the ring finger of her left hand, she wears a diamond ring whose brand cannot be determined.

DeuxMoi website said that this is a $200,000 engagement ring made by Jessica McCormack - a jewelry brand in London (UK).
Other experts have also speculated about the ring's value. Laura Taylor, a jeweler at Lorel Diamonds, estimates the ring to be worth between $370,000 and $500,000.
Tom Holland and Zendaya first met on the set of “Spider-Man: Homecoming” in 2016. In the film, Tom played “Spider-Man” Peter Parker, Zendaya transformed into classmate Michelle Jones-Watson.
The relationship between the two characters in the film develops from friends to lovers like a real-life celebrity couple.
Rumors of them dating have circulated since then, but Tom has said they are just “good friends.”
