The film "Tunnel: Sun in the dark" attracted audiences to theaters in the context of the whole country celebrating the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification.
For director Bui Thac Chuyen and the actors, this is a meaningful, important and special project in their career.
Sharing with Lao Dong reporter, actor Quang Tuan said that the role of Tu Dap is a memorable milestone in his acting career, because the Vietnamese film market is very difficult and few scripts with a war theme.
This is the first time Quang Tuan has collaborated with actor Thai Hoa. The actor expressed his impression of his senior: "I am very happy to work with Thai Hoa, a senior in the profession that I also admire. I also learned a lot from working with him."
Quang Tuan also revealed that at first, director Bui Thac Chuyen invited him to play Bay Theo, but when reading the script, he was attracted to the character Tu Dap: "Anh Chuyen considered because Tu Dap is a very young character, and I am a little older. After a period of filming, Mr. Chuyen was invited by Mr. Thai Hoa to play Bay Theo, and the role of Tu Dap belonged to me".

Playing the role of a soldier in the campaign team, Quang Tuan and his colleagues are close and intimate as a family. They practice, learn martial arts, and learn to use weapons together. After each practice session, Quang Tuan shared that the actors will gather to walk, play sports and chat with each other.
A year after filming, the cast still kept in touch and occasionally met and talked.
Talking about his co-star Ho Thu Anh, Quang Tuan commented: "I am impressed with Ho Thu Anh's discipline and strength, but not only her but also the young actors in the film are all dedicated and devoted to the role."
To portray the character, Quang Tuan lost 14kg, with a khaki appearance. He also met the People's Armed Forces hero To Van Duc many times - the prototype of the character Tu Dap to have more materials to build the role.
Quang Tuan was born in 1985. He has won the Best Actor award twice in the Television Series category at the Golden Kite Awards for Binh (Paper Thip) and the Sun Song award ( Sun Song).
In cinema, he has appeared in many projects, including a series of horror and thrillers such as "Sature of the Dragon spiritual", "Invisible Evidence", "Tet in the Village of Hell", "Bong De", "Quy Nhap Trang".
He is expected by the audience to become the next hundred-billion-dong actor on the Vietnamese screen, having appeared in projects with good revenue such as "Quy Nhap Trang" (149 billion VND), "Quy Cau" (108 billion VND).
