On the evening of November 27, fans were surprised when BTS's V appeared at an intimate party of the fashion brand Celine in Seoul (South Korea), despite being in the military.
V revealed his presence on Instagram, posting a picture of Celine's banquet table with his name on it, as well as pictures of Celine's event director Peter Utz and musician Tame Impala - one of the guests in attendance.
V attended this private party during his military leave.
But what really caught everyone's attention were the moments when V got close to actor Park Bo Gum at the event.
In a video that went viral, Park Bo Gum was sitting at a banquet table when V approached him and hugged him from behind. In response, Park Bo Gum patted V's back and gave him a warm smile.
The two stars are known as Celine ambassadors and have built a close friendship for a long time. Before V enlisted in the army, they often appeared together at Celine events both in Korea and internationally. The two also posted photos together on Instagram.
A longtime fan of V who had the chance to be a guest at Celine's party shared a photo of Park Bo Gum and V standing next to each other.
The two male Celine ambassadors received many compliments for their outstanding appearance and face.
Earlier, when the first snow of the season covered some parts of Korea, V sent a message to fans on Weverse: "Is everyone doing well? Did you see the snow? Winter has officially begun. ARMYs, let's have fun together and have more fun with BTS next year, okay?".
Along with that, the male idol posted a photo next to his advertisement photo at a coffee shop. He wore a military uniform, showing a strong, masculine demeanor.
Audiences commented that V had a big change in appearance during his military service.
