Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dr. Meritorious Artist Nguyen Van Khoa, Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Education and Training, said that this year's contest has the largest number of teachers ever participated, including many teachers from remote areas and for the first time, there are male teachers participating in the contest.
He emphasized that this is an opportunity for teachers to improve their expertise, approach preschool education innovation and increase the application of digital transformation in teaching.

According to the organizing committee, teachers participating in the contest must present a measure to improve the quality of care, nurturing, educating children and carry out a specific educational activity in the form of a draw. The competitions were held at Hoa Sen Kindergarten, Le Loi Kindergarten, Quynh Thien Kindergarten and Quynh Di Kindergarten.
The contest is held every 4 years to discover, honor and recognize excellent teachers; thereby replicating advanced models and promoting social interest in preschool education.
2025 is the first year of the contest after implementing the 2-level local government model, attracting teachers from 130 communes and wards across the province.
The contest takes place from December 8 to December 26.
