On June 9, the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province said that so far, the preparation for the 2026 High School Graduation Exam in the area has been basically completed.
This year's exam is organized according to new regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, and at the same time strengthens solutions to prevent and combat fraud using high technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and modern electronic devices to ensure fairness and transparency.
According to statistics, the whole province has 35,468 registered candidates, including 33,556 12th grade students and 1,612 independent candidates. To serve the exam, the province arranged 62 official exam sites with 1,500 exam rooms and 124 reserve exam rooms.
It is expected that 4,918 officials, teachers and functional forces will participate in the exam organization. Among them, 3,000 invigilators are directly mobilized at the exam sites. There are also supervisory, inspection, security, medical, service and reserve staff to ensure the exam takes place safely and smoothly in all situations.
Over the past time, the provincial Education sector has directed high schools, continuing education centers and vocational education - continuing education institutions to develop appropriate review plans for 12th grade students, helping them consolidate knowledge and skills before entering the exam.
One of the tasks that is particularly focused on is ensuring security and safety for the exam. The Department of Education and Training has closely coordinated with the Provincial Police to develop plans to protect exam questions and papers; and at the same time strengthen the prevention, detection and strict handling of fraudulent acts, especially the use of high-tech equipment and artificial intelligence in exams.
According to Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan - Director of the Department of Education and Training, currently, the work of supporting candidates in difficult circumstances is receiving special attention from all levels and sectors. Many "Exam Season Support" programs are being implemented to support students in remote and isolated areas, ethnic minority areas, children of poor households and disabled candidates.
The goal is not to let any candidates have to drop out of the exam due to economic difficulties, travel conditions or other objective obstacles," Ms. Xuan emphasized.
