ASIA Co-op Fast Track is designed according to a learning model through practical experience (Cooperative Education), in which classroom learning takes place in parallel with professional and international experiences from the early years.
3-2-1 roadmap with international experiences at each level
According to UEH. ISB Talent School, the program structure is built according to the 3-2-1 formula, including three study trips to Asia, two internships and business internships, and one international exchange semester lasting from 4 to 6 months.
In the early stages, students participate in oriented activities with lecturers such as studying at partner schools, visiting businesses and group presentations.
In the next phase, students work in groups with international students, participate in market analysis projects and local economic contexts. Learning tasks are built on specific data and situations, requiring coordination in a multicultural environment.

In the final stage of the international learning series, students work with partner school students from the beginning of the semester, together completing projects and presenting abroad. The entire learning journey is organized with a higher level of proactiveness, when students self-plan their travel, accommodation, study schedule and business visits.
Along with international activities, two study periods and internships at businesses are arranged in the program to help students access a real working environment.
The international exchange semester lasts from 4 to 6 months at partner universities, creating conditions for students to study in a multicultural environment, access teaching methods and training content of other education systems.
Learn through practical experience and 3-year acceleration version
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Ha Minh Quan, Principal of UEH. ISB Talent School, said that the ASIA Co-op program is organized in the direction of learning through experience in each module. Teaching activities have the participation of lecturers and business experts, combined with market analysis projects, group discussions and situation exercises.

Students participate in learning contexts associated with businesses, approach practical issues and work in groups to build solutions. Project learning activities, short-term problem-solving competitions or team challenges are integrated into the program, requiring students to coordinate and complete tasks within a limited time.
After more than 3 years of enrollment and operation, UEH. ISB continues to develop the program with the 3-year ASIA Co-op Fast Track version. In this model, the learning pace is organized with high intensity from the first year.
In addition, challenging activities such as participating in real-world challenges, weekend hackathons or project-based learning projects continue to place students in contexts that require quick thinking, team coordination and solutions.
The second foreign language is Chinese, which is included in the program, aiming to support students in accessing the Chinese-language business ecosystem.
The learning process is organized in a direction associated with experience, expanding the learning environment beyond the lecture hall and connecting with the actual context of businesses and regional markets," Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Ha Minh Quan said.
Currently, the program has opened enrollment for the first course:
