Bac Ninh won 6 first prizes at the National Mathematical Olympiad

Bac Ninh - At the 31st National Mathematical Competition for Students and Students held in Ho Chi Minh City, Bac Ninh province, 10/10 students participated in the competition and won prizes.

Accordingly, the 31st National Mathematical Competition for students and pupils in 2025 includes 2 groups: Students and high school students.

Of which, 650 candidates registered to take the exam with 749 entries in the two subjects of Big numbers and solve.

As a result, there were 55 First prizes, 95 Second prizes, 150 Third prizes, and 72 Encouragement prizes.

The high school student block was organized in an online format with 430 students from 40 high schools participating.

The Organizing Committee awarded 214 prizes to the contestants, including 33 first prizes, 76 second prizes and 105 third prizes.

Participating in the High School Student Competition, Bac Ninh province has 10/10 students from Bac Ninh High School for the Gifted who won the competition.

Of which, there are 6 first prizes, 3 second prizes and 1 third prize.

The first prize went to the following students: Dao Huu Nhat Minh, Nguyen Quoc Kien and Nguyen Duy Manh (class 11 of Math 1); Ngo Dai Phong, Nghiem Binh Minh, Nguyen Duc Hien (class 10 of Math 1).

The second prize went to students Nguyen Huu Minh and Truong Thanh Xuan (class 11 Math 1); Nguyen Ngoc Khanh Hung (class 10 Math 1). The third prize went to Doan Xuan Thanh (class 10 of Math 1).

This is an annual Math exam to promote the movement of Mathematical learning among students; discover and nurture students who are good at Math, thereby improving the quality of teaching and learning Math.

At the same time, this is also an opportunity for exchanges between excellent students in high school Mathematics with students and lecturers in Mathematics at universities and colleges.
