Information through the Da Nang comments portal, a resident has sent a report on extra teaching activities with many unusual signs in Hoa Cuong ward, Da Nang city.
According to the reflection, Ms. H.A (class organizer) did not have a degree, pedagogical certificate and spontaneous teaching activities, and was not licensed.
Not only operating without a license, this class also seriously affects the lives of surrounding households. People said that teaching activities often caused a loud noise from " shouting - screaming at students - singing together", along with the scene of parents picking up and dropping off students, causing disorder in the already quiet residential area.
"I respectfully request that the authorities inspect, verify and take measures to prevent and handle the situation to ensure the educational environment and security and order of the residential area," the people wrote in the reflection section.
Immediately after receiving the feedback, the People's Committee of Hoa Cuong Ward quickly directed the Department of Culture and Society to establish an Inspection Team to conduct a surprise verification of the above facility.
Through on-site inspection, the working group noted that Ms. H.T.N.A (matching the person being reported) organized additional English teaching for 6 children aged 1 and 2 years old.
At the time of inspection, Ms. H.T.N.A could not present the Business Registration License as well as the License to organize extra teaching and learning activities according to the provisions of law.
In terms of expertise, Ms. H.T.N.A can only provide a Bachelor's degree in Economics, completely without the Pedagogy degree or the necessary pedagogical certificate to teach.
The inspection team has drawn up a record and requested Ms. H.T.N.A to immediately stop organizing teaching and learning until all legal procedures are completed and necessary conditions are ensured according to current regulations.
