The Ministry of Education and Training announced the list of high school graduation exam councils in 2025
The 2025 high school graduation exam is the first exam organized according to the 2018 General Education Program.
This year's exam is organized in the context of the whole country to arrange and organizational structure of the political system, arrange administrative units and organization of local government 2 levels according to the policy of the Party and the State.

Time to announce exam scores and 10th grade admission scores in Hanoi
The entrance exam for grade 10 public high school in Hanoi for the 2025-2026 school year will take place on June 7 and 8, with nearly 110,000 candidates taking the entrance exam in three subjects: Math, Literature and Foreign Language; candidates taking the entrance exam for specialized schools in additional subjects on June 9. The city has 210 exam locations with more than 4,500 exam rooms.
The rate of public 10th grade admission targets this year is 64%, an increase of 3% compared to last year. 2025 is the first time Hanoi has implemented the new enrollment regulations issued by the Ministry of Education and Training under Circular No. 30/TT-BGDDT dated December 30, 2024.
According to the new Regulation, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training will publish the exam and the exam scores at the same time at the latest on 6.7. During the 5-day holiday, many students proactively combined rest and review. Nguyen Ngoc Ngan (grade 7, Vinh Long) spent half of her time reviewing, in order to prepare well for the second semester final exam, while still balancing her time playing with her family.
12th graders such as Nguyen Hoang Loi and Nguyen Thi Ngoc Thao (Luong Dinh Cua High School, Can Tho) take advantage of the holiday to focus on reviewing for the high school graduation exam. Students make specific plans, spend time at night or allocate time appropriately during 3/5 days off to consolidate core knowledge, reduce pressure before returning to school.
