According to the 2025 Admissions Plan of the National Economics University, the tuition fee for students entering the school in 2025 - 2026 is expected to be 18 - 25 million VND (standard program), an increase of 2 - 3 million VND compared to last year.
At the Banking Academy, tuition fees are expected to be applied to students enrolling in the 2025-2026 school year from 26.5 - 28 million VND/year with the standard program. As for high-quality programs, international linkages, tuition fees range from 40 - 50 million VND.
At Hanoi Open University, the expected tuition fee for the next school year ranges from 21.5 - 23 million VND/year.
Compared to last year, the above schools all increased tuition fees by about 1 - 4 million VND/school year for the standard program and 2-5 million VND/school year for the high-quality program. All schools comply with the roadmap for a maximum increase of 10-15% per year according to Decree 81 of the Government.
In Ho Chi Minh City, many schools have also announced new tuition fees for the 2025 - 2026 school year.
Ho Chi Minh City Open University announced the expected tuition fee of 24 - 49.5 million VND/year, an increase of 1.5 - 2 million VND compared to last year.
Of which, the tuition fee for the standard program is 24-28.5 million VND/year, the highest for majors in the technology and engineering group. High-quality programs mostly charge 46.5 million VND. In particular, the majors of computer science, construction technology, information management systems, and information technology have tuition fees up to 49.5 million VND.
At Saigon University, the tuition fee for the 2025 - 2026 school year for the non-pedagogical industry group is about 79 - 167 million VND/semester, depending on each industry and training program, an increase of about 4 - 7 million VND compared to the previous year.
At Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, the expected tuition fee for the entire course (admission in 2025) for bachelor's majors is from about 110 - 116 million VND (an increase of 3 - 5 million compared to last year). Engineering majors, tuition fees range from about 139 - 144 million VND.
