In contrast, tuition fees for ELITECH programs range from 33 - 42 million VND per academic year. Specifically, programs in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management have tuition fees of 64 – 67 million VND per academic year.

The program of international professional English (awarded by the University of Technology, Hanoi and Plymouth Marjon University - UK) has a tuition fee of 45 million VND per academic year (including registration fees).
Standard programs with different foreign language graduation requirements (international programs) and international cooperation programs (awarded by foreign partners) have tuition fees ranging from 24 - 29 million VND per semester (except for the TROY-BA and TROY-IT programs, which have 3 semesters per academic year).

At the same time, the university notes that the above tuition fees may be adjusted for subsequent academic years, but not exceeding 10% per year.
In 2024, the University of Technology, Hanoi will organize the enrollment with a total enrollment capacity of 9,260 students in 64 fields/programs of study, including 36 standard programs, 23 ELITECH programs, 2 PFIEV programs, and 3 international cooperation programs.
The university maintains the stability of 3 enrollment methods as in 2023, with the following allocation of enrollment capacity: 20% for the Talent Enrollment Method (XTTN), 30% for the Enrollment Method based on the results of the Assessment of Thinking Ability (ĐGTD), and 50% based on the results of the 2024 High School Graduation Exam.
