The Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Kien Giang Hydrometeorological Station organize monitoring, forecasting, warning, and timely information on natural disaster developments so that relevant agencies and parents and students know in order to proactively deploy response measures.
The Department of Construction shall preside over and coordinate with the Steering Committees for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue and Civil Defense of districts and cities to direct the development of traffic safety plans around the competition area to promptly handle unusual natural disaster situations and promptly overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
In case of natural disasters, focus on controlling and guiding traffic in vulnerable areas; arrange forces, materials, and means to promptly fix incidents, ensuring smooth traffic on main traffic routes. Kien Giang Power Company directs the Power Companies of districts and cities to ensure stable power supply for the exam. Do not let power outages occur in the area where the exam questions are printed or the exam viewing points are printed in situations where storms and natural disasters cause power outages in the area.
