For the Japan-oriented program, the tuition fee is about 60 million VND/school year; the English-language teaching and learning program is about 80 million VND/school year.
For the international transfer program (Japan), the tuition fee for the first 2.5 years is 60 million VND/school year; the final 2 years of transfer to a Japanese partner university, the tuition fee is about 91 million VND/year.
With the international transfer program (Australia, USA, New Zealand), train 15 majors and specialties, teaching entirely in English, tuition for 2-2.5 years is about 80 million VND/year; 2-2.5 years of transfer to partner universities, tuition for about 560-900 million VND/year.
In 2025, for the first time, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology will have 2 majors in the international bachelor's degree program, with tuition fees of 256 million VND/year.
Ho Chi Minh City Open University has also announced the expected tuition fee of about 24-49.5 million VND per year, an increase of 1.5-2 million VND compared to last year.

The Asean Coop program in Vietnamese is 1.1 million VND/credit; English is 1.9 million VND/credit; Mode Coop is 3.29 million VND/credit. The annual tuition increase roadmap is not more than 10%/year.
For training in Vinh Long alone, the tuition fee for the 2025-2026 school year is equal to 60% of the tuition fee of the facility in Ho Chi Minh City. Of which, international advanced programs (internally certified) in Vietnamese are 780,000 VND/credit; Advanced programs in Vietnamese are 660,000 VND/credit. The University of Finance - Marketing (UFM) plans to collect tuition fees in 2025 from 845,000 VND to 1.753 million VND/credit, depending on the training program.
