On the morning of February 11, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province held a regular meeting for February 2025.
At the above meeting, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Education and Training to research and propose adding Korean as a foreign language subject to the educational program of Bac Ninh Specialized High School.
According to the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ninh province, the English results of Bac Ninh province in the annual high school graduation exam are stable and have improved positively compared to the regional and national average: 22nd in 2020; 21st in 2021; 10th in 2022; 8th in 2023 and 2024 nationwide.
From the 2024-2025 school year, additional specialized Chinese classes have been opened (at Bac Ninh Specialized High School); elective teaching of Foreign Language 2 (Chinese, Korean) has been implemented at a number of high schools.
On December 30, 2024, Bac Ninh was honored to be chosen by the Ministry of Education and Training to organize the launching ceremony of the foreign language learning movement, expanding self-study models, self-improvement, building a learning environment and using foreign languages in schools in the national education system.
