Decree No. 151/2024/ND-CP of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety.
The Decree stipulates the responsibility of schools in organizing students and their families to sign a commitment to comply with the provisions of the law on road traffic order and safety, including the following contents: Students shall not drive motorbikes without meeting the prescribed conditions; shall not drive motorbikes without completing the program of instruction on safe motorbike driving skills; students' families shall not hand over motorbikes to students to drive without meeting the prescribed conditions;
The school also needs to coordinate with the parents' representative committee to regularly remind children to fulfill their signed commitments and regularly exchange and grasp information with parents about students' compliance with the law on road traffic order and safety when participating in traffic;
Coordinate with the Parents' Representative Board to regularly remind their children to fulfill their signed commitments and regularly exchange and grasp information with students' families about students' compliance with laws on road traffic order and safety when participating in traffic;
Including compliance with laws on road traffic order and safety as one of the criteria for evaluating and classifying students' conduct.
The Decree also stipulates that the responsibility of students' families is to coordinate with relevant authorities to educate students about legal knowledge on road traffic order and safety, and guide students on safe motorbike driving skills;
Do not let your children drive if they do not meet the required conditions;
At the same time, regularly remind your children to fulfill their signed commitments and regularly exchange and grasp information with the school about students' compliance with laws on road traffic order and safety when participating in traffic.
