On February 11, a working delegation of the Nghe An Department of Education and Training led by Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa - Director of the Department of Education and Training visited, wished Tet and presented gifts to teachers, staff and students in difficult circumstances at some schools in Chau Khe commune, on the occasion of the 2026 Lunar New Year.
The activity is part of a series of programs to care for Tet for the education sector in difficult areas, maintained by the Nghe An Department of Education and Training for many years, showing concern and sharing with teachers and students in mountainous areas. This year's program is accompanied by the For Vietnamese Stature Fund - TH Group.
At Chau Khe Kindergarten, Primary School, Lang Khe, Lang Khe Secondary School and Chau Cam Ethnic Minority Boarding Secondary School, the delegation presented 24 gifts to teachers and 48 gifts to students. Each gift is worth 500,000 VND for students and 1,000,000 VND for teachers.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa acknowledged and praised the persistent efforts of the schools in difficult conditions. The Director of the Department of Education and Training emphasized that the results achieved in the past time are proof of the spirit of responsibility and dedication of the teaching staff in the highlands.
He suggested that schools continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovate teaching methods, pay closer attention to students in difficult circumstances, students in remote and isolated areas, and children affected by natural disasters. At the same time, strengthen coordination with families and local authorities to maintain the number of students, improve the quality of comprehensive education, and build a safe and friendly learning environment.
On the occasion of the New Year, the working delegation sent wishes for good health to the local government, teachers, parents and students; wishing that Tet gifts will add motivation for teachers and students to enter the new year with new faith and determination.
On this occasion, the Nghe An Department of Education and Training also organized 3 more working delegations to visit, wish Tet and give thousands of gifts to schools in many mountainous areas. The total budget for donations in this phase is up to 800 million VND.
