According to the decision of the Ministry of Justice, the School Council for the 2025 - 2030 term consists of 15 members. Dr. Chu Manh Hung holds the position of Chairman of the University Council for the 2025-2030 term.
Also at the ceremony, Hanoi Law University announced Decision No. 1786/QD-BTP recognizing Associate Professor, Dr. To Van Hoa as Principal of Hanoi Law University; Resolution No. 12/NQ-HDTDDHLHN appointed Mr. Hoang Xuan Chau, Principal of Northern College of Law, as Vice Principal of Hanoi Law University.
Speaking at the ceremony, Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh requested the Party Committee, the University Council and the appointed leaders to fully recognize the requirements and responsibilities in their new positions, continue to practice, strive, and promote the achieved results to work with the Hanoi Law University to excellently complete the assigned political tasks.
In 2025, the school must review and complete all regulations on organization, finance, development strategy, and make adjustments in accordance with the new period; focus on improving the quality of scientific research training; comprehensively innovate training programs and methods so that graduates are able to immediately meet the requirements of the human resources market.
In addition, the school also continues to promote the application of information technology, digital transformation and artificial intelligence in management, teaching and research; complete the Facility 2 Project in Bac Ninh province on schedule, put it into effective use, avoiding waste.
Also at this ceremony, the new Principal of Hanoi Law University To Van Hoa shared that taking on the new assignment is a heavy responsibility, especially in the context of the school moving towards aspirational and challenging development goals.
In particular, there is a strategic goal of participating in the 4-star QS classification by 2026, aiming to classify the Asian QS by 2032, an opportunity to comprehensively improve quality, restructure the system according to international standards and affirm the school's position on the regional map of legal education.
A new road ahead with many difficulties and challenges, but Mr. Hoa expressed his belief that Hanoi Law University will steadfastly overcome all difficulties, continue to develop strongly and sustainably.
