At 10:45 a.m. on November 23, a social media account named "Ngo Nam" posted the information: "The principal of Tram Tau Boarding Ethnic Minority Secondary School, Lao Cai province, was drunk and beat up his colleagues at the same school, causing injuries and requiring hospitalization" attracting public attention.
The hospital admission notice posted on social media reads: The patient was diagnosed with being beaten, beaten, kicked, twisted, bitten, scratched... by others.
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Ngo Ngoc Nam said: "When the party was about to end, I asked Mr. Thanh about the boarding allowance and the teachers' work allowance. After that, Mr. Thanh said "the words will solve it" and suddenly turned to slapping me.

Meanwhile, Mr. Thanh - the school's principal said: "In fact, Mr. Nam was drunk, threatened and fought with parents, the village chief and was beaten by others. Teacher Nam hit me in the face once and I slapped him once. After that, Mr. Nam took a handful of toothpick and hit me in the face, causing bleeding, causing injuries.
