Specifically, on December 1, 2025, the Department of Education and Training (DET) received Report No. 76/BC-High School of Hon Dat High School reporting on a clip of school violence being shared on social networks. The Department of Education and Training has directed the Principal to urgently review and immediately implement measures to prevent school violence; discuss specifically with families of students who were abused, and provide timely support so that students can soon stabilize and study well. At the same time, the school's leaders are directed to strengthen close coordination with local authorities, regularly monitor information handling by the commune police to handle the case thoroughly, and soon stabilize the teaching and learning activities of the school.
On November 23, 2025, the school received information reflecting on a clip containing school violence. The school coordinated with Hon Dat Commune Police to look up information about the vehicle in the clip. At the same time, the school reported and requested the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee to support coordination in handling.
During the review, the homeroom teacher identified the identity of the student appearing in the clip. The principal continued to report directly to the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee for handling according to regulations and the Commune Police worked with the relevant party.
According to the Department of Education and Training, currently, the clip related to the above incident has appeared on a number of social networking platforms and attracted the attention and sharing of users. The dissemination of this content can lead to complicated developments, potentially affecting the psychology and lives of students and their families, as well as potentially affecting the educational environment and teaching and learning activities of the school.
In response to the above incident, the Department of Education and Training respectfully requests the People's Committee of Hon Dat commune to direct relevant agencies and units, within their authority, to verify and handle the case according to the provisions of law. At the same time, coordinate with the school in supporting and consulting with students and related families (if necessary).

As reported, the incident occurred on November 22, 2025, when D.N.Q.H, D.N.Q.D and a few other students in the group that welcomed V.X.H on National Highway 80, blocked the car and beat H.
Q.H and Q.D held a prepared knife in a pair of sleeves and forced H to drive into a deserted canal to beat him. Q.H and Q.D beat each other with helmets and hands. After that, Q.D filmed a clip and put a sanitary Union in H's mouth as in the video clip posted online.
On November 24, the Principal of Hon Dat High School invited Q.H and Q.D to write a report. Both admitted to the whole incident.
The school reported the incident and the commune leaders directed the police to intervene, the school also provided relevant information to the police.
Hon Dat Commune Police are investigating. The school coordinated with homeroom teachers and parents to visit and encourage H so that she could go to class with peace of mind.
