During the exam procedure session
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, during the exam procedure session, candidates must be present in the exam room at the prescribed time to complete exam procedures and then present their ID card/CCCD/Passport and exam notification.
If any errors are found regarding full name, middle name, name, date, month, year of birth, priority subject, priority area, they must be immediately reported to the invigilator or person on duty at the exam site for timely handling.

In case of loss of ID card/CCCD/Passport or other necessary documents, it is necessary to immediately report to the Head of the Exam Point for consideration and handling.
And in each exam session, candidates must be present at the exam site/exam room at the prescribed time, comply with the orders of the exam site and the instructions of the invigilator. Candidates who arrive more than 15 minutes late after the exam time signal will not be allowed to take that exam session.
In the high school graduation exam room
Candidates must comply with the following regulations in the high school graduation exam room:
Sit in the correct position with your registration number; present your ID card/CCCD/Passport, exam notification when requested by the Invigilator or person on duty at the exam site;
To serve the exam process, candidates are allowed to bring into the exam room, including: pens; ruler; pencil; pencil remover; êke; graph ruler; drawing tool; calculator without text editing function, no memory card;
Prohibited from bringing into the exam room/stand room: carbon paper, eraser pens, alcoholic beverages; weapons and explosives, flammable substances; documents, communication equipment (receiving, broadcasting information, recording audio, video) or containing information for cheating during the exam process;
Before taking the exam, candidates must fully write their registration number and information into the exam questions, exam papers, TLTN Forms, scratch paper;
When receiving exam papers, it is necessary to carefully check the number of pages, the quality of the printed pages and the exam codes on each page to ensure uniformity (for multiple-choice subjects); if it is found that the exam papers are missing pages or torn, damaged, blurred, blurred, it must be immediately reported to the Invigilator, no later than 05 (five) minutes from the time of starting the test time;
During the time in the exam room, they must maintain order; report immediately to the invigilator when others copy their papers or intentionally interfere in their papers; do not exchange, discuss, copy other people's papers, let others copy papers, use documents contrary to regulations to do the exam or have fraudulent gestures and actions; if they want to have opinions, candidates must raise their hands to ask for permission from the invigilator, after being allowed, candidates stand to publicly present their opinions. Do not mark or make separate symbols, do not write with a pencil, except for shaping the cells on the TLTN Form; only write with one ink color (blue or black);
For the essay exam session, candidates are only allowed to leave the exam room after 2/3 (two-thirds) of the exam time and must submit their papers, exam questions and scratch paper before leaving the exam room, exam area;
For multiple-choice exams, candidates are not allowed to leave the exam room throughout the exam time and the time between two subjects of the elective exam; if candidates are required to temporarily leave the exam room, the invigilator must notify the Exam Room Supervisor to coordinate implementation; the exit of the exam room or exam area of candidates in case of emergency must be supervised by the police and the exam room supervisor until the end of the exam session and decided by the head of the exam site;
When there is an order to finish the exam, stop doing the exam immediately, and preserve the exam paper. When submitting the essay exam paper, clearly state the number of submitted exam papers and sign the confirmation;
Exam paper receipt form; candidates who cannot do the test must also submit the exam paper (for essay exams), TLTN Form (for multiple-choice exams).
