Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches and localities to establish an interdisciplinary working group to support and promote the installation of electric car charging stations in the province. This is a specific step in the roadmap to implement the green transport conversion plan according to the direction of the Prime Minister.
The Department of Construction coordinates with relevant units to survey and propose the location and scale of installing battery charging stations in favorable areas such as: Gas stations, shopping malls, bus stations, wharves, airports, etc. In particular, it is necessary to clearly identify locations that can be deployed immediately, without problems with land procedures, striving to complete at least 20 new charging stations by April 30.

The Department of Construction reviews and proposes locations using public land to include in the charging station installation plan. On that basis, a dossier will be developed to organize bidding and auction of investment rights installed in accordance with legal regulations.
When planning the construction of urban areas, residential areas, apartments, hotels, resorts, etc., relevant units need to consider the orientation of arranging space for the installation of electric car charging stations. This is to facilitate the deployment of charging infrastructure in the future, contributing to building a sustainable transportation environment.
At the same time, the Department of Construction is responsible for guiding localities and related units to fully implement construction and planning procedures; at the same time, providing specific support to businesses and investors in implementing the installation of charging stations at public locations.
Coordinate with VinFast Production and Trading Joint Stock Company to widely inform localities, units and individuals about preferential policies in the field of green transformation, especially related to electric cars and charging infrastructure.
The Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee also requested V-Green Global Electric Vehicle Charging Network Development Company to proactively contact investors, land use management units, and local authorities to promote investment cooperation and implement necessary procedures according to regulations.
Elect officials with sufficient capacity, expertise and experience in the fields of construction, planning and green energy conversion to effectively coordinate with the Working Group.
Previously, on November 15, Binh Dinh province and Vingroup Corporation signed a memorandum of understanding on comprehensive cooperation on promoting green transformation in the province, focusing on developing a green transportation ecosystem using electric vehicles.
Binh Dinh province has agreed to introduce 37 locations for V-GREEN Global Electric Car Charging Station Development Company to contact investors and land use managers to carry out documents and procedures for installing electric car charging stations.
