On the evening of February 10, the SOS Quang Nam rescue team supported the return of the body of Mr. Tran Huu Binh (42 years old, in Group 1, Phuoc An village, Binh Hai commune, Thang Binh district, Quang Nam) from the hospital to hand over to his family for funeral arrangements.
On the same afternoon, the victim Binh and his relatives visited the grave, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nhat (37 years old, living in the same village) drowned while participating in the commune's boat race, on the morning of February 8.
When arriving at Vo Chi Cong Street, passing through Binh Hai Commune, Mr. Binh was seriously hit by a 7-seat car (license plate unknown). Although his family took him to Thang Hoa General Hospital, Thang Binh District for emergency treatment, the victim did not survive.
