On the morning of June 9, on National Highway 1, section Km1697+700 passing through Ham Thang ward, Lam Dong province, a traffic accident occurred between a motorbike and a concrete mixer truck.
According to initial information, Mr. H.N. T (born 1972, residing in Phu Xuan neighborhood, Ham Thang ward) was driving a motorbike on National Highway 1 when he collided with a concrete mixer truck with license plate 86C-147. 04.
The collision caused people and motorbikes to be swept into the front of the concrete mixer truck. Discovering the incident, people around quickly shouted for help and tried to rescue the victim.
Because the concrete mixer truck has a large weight, lifting the truck by manpower is not possible. People used hydraulic rods to lift the front of the truck, creating space to bring the trapped victims under the chassis out.
After being rescued, Mr. T was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
Upon receiving the news, Ham Thang Ward Police and Traffic Police forces were present to examine the scene, regulate traffic and investigate and clarify the cause of the accident.
