On June 5, Vin bus Ecological Transport Service Company Limited officially opened and put into operation the No. 43 electric bus route, connecting 30 points from the city center to Dong Anh area and vice versa.
The No. 43 electric bus route has a route of nearly 27km long, passing through the main traffic routes of the capital, connecting the Dong Anh area with the inner city of Hanoi.
Route: Kim Ma (No. 1 Kim Ma) - Giang Vo - Hao Nam - O Cho Dua - Kham Thien - Nguyen Thuong Hien - Tran Hung Dao - Quang Trung - Ly Thuong Kiet - Phan Chu Trinh - Ly Thai To - Ngo Quyen - Hang Voi - Hang Tre - Hang Muoi - Tran Nhat Duat - Yen Phu - Long Bien - Yen Phu - Tran Nhat Duat - Chuong Duong bridge - Nguyen Van Cu - Ly Son - Dong Tru - Truong Sa bridge - Dau Canh intersection - National Highway 3 - Cao Lo - Dong Anh town (3 Xay Dong Anh intersection) and vice versa.
The vehicle will operate from 5am to 9pm every day with a frequency of 15 - 20 minutes/trip. The listed ticket price is 12,000 VND/trip.
The pick-up/ drop-off points of the route are arranged reasonably, connecting major transit points such as Kim Ma Bus Station, Long Bien Transit Point and residential areas in Dong Anh such as Vinhomes Global Gate Urban Area (Co Loa). In particular, the bus route directly connects with the Cat Linh - Ha Dong urban railway line, contributing to creating a green, synchronous and convenient public transport system for people.
Bus route 43 also opens a convenient travel route to the National Exhibition Center - a symbolic project about to open in Hanoi - a new destination for people and tourists in the coming time.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen - Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee said that in recent years, the city has been synchronously implementing many solutions to develop a sustainable transportation system, including promoting the conversion to green energy vehicles.
"The official operation of the No. 43 electric bus route from today is of great significance, contributing to improving the quality of public transportation services and improving the urban environment, a concrete demonstration of the City's high political determination and strong practical actions in the process of converting to green energy in the transport sector" - Mr. Quyen said.
According to the Hanoi Traffic Management and Operation Center, the operation of the No. 43 electric bus route, the total number of electric and green energy buses, currently accounts for 20.3% of the total number of subsidized vehicles in the city's subsidized network.
The appearance of the No. 43 electric bus route continues to contribute to improving the quality of buses, greening the face of the capital's public transport, and bringing a high-quality, civilized transportation choice to the people.
