Vehicles moving in the direction of Long Bien - Xuan Quan are guided through Chuong Duong Bridge.
During the above time, cars are prohibited from crossing Chuong Duong Bridge (from Hoan Kiem to Bo De) to turn right or turn around at the Xuan Quan dike turnover intersection during rush hour (morning from 6:00 am to 9:30 am; afternoon from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm). Vehicles traveling in the direction of Chuong Duong - Nguyen Van Cu - Hong Tien - Long Bien - Xuan Quan bridge.
At the same time, cars are prohibited from turning around along Chuong Duong Bridge to the center of Long Bien District at the median strip opening point on Nguyen Van Cu Street (area of Lane 162 Nguyen Van Cu - opposite the Customs Branch) during the morning rush hour (from 6:00 am to 9:30 am, except for Saturday and Sunday). Vehicles are instructed to turn around at the Nguyen Van Cu - Hong Tien intersection.
The Department of Construction requested the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police to coordinate in guiding and regulating traffic, ensuring safety and avoiding congestion during construction. The People's Committees of Bo De and Hoan Kiem wards are required to increase propaganda and notify people around the construction area to proactively plan the travel route.
The Transport Inspectorate - Department of Construction will inspect and supervise the implementation of investors and construction contractors, ensuring compliance with traffic organization plans and safety regulations during road closures and closures.
