Immediately after receiving feedback from people through the Digital Capital Citizen application (iHanoi) about the situation of passenger buses stopping and parking to pick up and drop off passengers in violation of regulations, causing traffic insecurity in the Nguyen Xien - Nguyen Trai area, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Hanoi City Police has directed Road Traffic Police Team No. 7 to increase patrols, control, and promptly handle violations.

Accordingly, on the evening of April 4, 2025, the working group of Road Traffic Police Team No. 7 organized a mobile patrol on Nguyen Xien route, detecting and handling a number of violations. At around 6:57 p.m., the working group discovered a 29-seat passenger car with license plate 29K-130.xx parked in front of house number 78 Nguyen Xien. At around 7:00 p.m., the working group continued to discover a limousine with license plate 17B-022.xx parked in front of house number 92 Nguyen Xien.
Violations were recorded and photographed as a basis; the working group drew up a record of administrative violations and temporarily detained the driver's license to handle the error of "Daring in areas with signs prohibiting stopping and parking".
A representative of Road Traffic Police Team No. 7 said that from April 1 to now, the unit has drawn up records to handle 7 cases of passenger buses stopping and parking in violation of regulations in this area. In the coming time, the unit will continue to maintain patrol and control activities, promptly detect and handle violations, contributing to ensuring order and traffic safety on Nguyen Xien Street.
