The No. 1 Highway Traffic Police Team has made a written sanctioning of driver Nguyen Tien D with the fault of "overtaking in cases where it is not overcome". With this error, driver D was fined 5 million and deducted 2 driving licenses.

Earlier, on 6.2, the Highway 1 Traffic Police Team also punished driver Nguyen Dinh S (SN 1976) driving 88F -003.xx vehicle for reckless behavior on Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway.
