Traffic accident in Hoa Binh, 1 Korean died

Hoa Binh - Police are investigating a traffic accident that killed a Korean.

Accordingly, at around 11:00 p.m. on December 8, at Hoa Binh 1 Bridge, Group 4, Tan Thinh Ward, Hoa Binh City, a traffic accident occurred, causing two people on a motorbike to die and be injured. The deceased victim was identified as Lee Wonhyuk (born in 1987), and the injured person was Hong Seok Joo (born in 1980, both Korean nationals).

Initially, the police determined that the two men were traveling on a motorbike with license plate 98B3-788.62 (the driver was Hong Seok Joo, the passenger was Lee Wonhyuk) moving from Tan Thinh ward to Phuong Lam ward. When reaching the Hoa Binh 1 bridge area, Hong SeoK Joo drove without observing and crashed into the hard median strip on the right side of the bridge.

As a result, Lee Wonhyuk died at the scene, Hong SeoK Joo was injured and taken to Hoa Binh General Hospital for emergency treatment.
