According to initial information, the accident occurred at around 2:30 p.m. on May 25, 2025, at Km 36+700 National Highway 12B, through Tan Thinh hamlet, Yen Tri commune, Yen Thuy district.
At this time, the motorbike with license plate 35N-1419 was driven by Mr. Bui Van L (born in 1980, residing in Dong Nai town, Yen Tri, Yen Thuy), carrying 3 people: Bui Khanh L (born in 2019), Bui Khanh D (born in 2013) and Bui Ngoc K (born in 2019).
While traveling in the direction of Hoa Binh - Nho Quan - Ninh Binh, the car suddenly collided with a car with license plate 29K-057.78 driven by Mr. Do Ngoc L (born in 1991, residing in Tan Minh, Soc Son, Hanoi) in the opposite direction.
The consequences of the accident caused severe damage to both vehicles. Mr. L and his children D, L and K were injured and taken to the 700-bed General Hospital in Ninh Binh for emergency treatment
The case is currently being further investigated by the authorities to clarify the cause.
