At the end of December, according to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, on Provincial Road 158 leading to Y Ty commune, despite the foggy weather, many workers and machines were still working hard to bring the project to the finish line.
Observing at the construction site, workers are rolling the ground, making negative slopes, some machines are scooping soil onto trucks to transport away.
Mr. Lu A Dai (Y Ty commune) shared: “The road leading to Y Ty commune used to be very difficult to travel because the road was narrow, bumpy and often had landslides. Since the government invested in it, although it is still under construction, the road has been widened and paved with stone on the surface, so traveling has become much more convenient.”
According to Mr. Dai, many tourists coming to Y Ty complain about the degraded traffic infrastructure leading to the commune, making it difficult to travel, especially during the rainy season. Therefore, people really hope that the renovation of the routes to the locality will be completed soon.
“The early completion of the upgraded traffic infrastructure will not only help people travel easily, but also attract tourists, promote tourism development in Y Ty, and increase income for local people,” Mr. Lu A Dai added.
According to research, the Y Ty tourism subdivision construction investment project belongs to Sa Pa National Tourism Area, belongs to Group B Project; is a level IV traffic project with a length of 4 km. The starting point of the route is at Km36+500, the ending point of the route is at Km40+500 Provincial Road 158.

Construction will start in 2022. The unit in charge of constructing the road is Hoang Nguyen Construction Investment Company Limited.
When the project is implemented, it will contribute to expanding and perfecting the infrastructure system, creating a breakthrough for tourism development, promoting the socio-economy of Y Ty tourist commune.
On December 28, speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper, Director of Bat Xat District Investment and Construction Project Management Board Vu Van Sinh said: “The Y Ty tourism subdivision investment project is actually a traffic infrastructure project. Regarding the project's slow disbursement, according to Mr. Vu Van Sinh, by December 31, the unit will complete disbursing the remaining 14 billion VND.
